DESCRIPTION:Consensus Meeting – Community Health Study\, January 14\, 2026\nThe Community Health Study Committee has completed a 2 1/2 year-long investigation\nof the current needs and resources available to Santa Fe County residents. The next\nstep in the process is for the League membership to come to a consensus on the\nresponsibilities of local governments related to community health. From that\, the League will\ndevelop a position that will be the basis of advocacy efforts.\nThe consensus meeting is open to all LWVSFC members and will take place from\n10:00 to Noon on January 14\, 2026\, at St. Johns United Methodist Church on Old Pecos Trail.\nPlease plan to attend! Conducting studies to develop positions is a central part of the\nLeague’s Program Activities.\nThis will be an in-person event only. We will provide copies of the consensus\nquestions and agenda at the meeting. However\, no paper copies of the background\npapers will be available at the meeting. Please plan to either print out copies for\nyourself or bring an electronic device on which you can review documents in real\ntime. \nWe look forward to sharing this unique and exciting process with all of you.\nQuestions?
